Steuben Authorities Looking For Wayward Sex Offender

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office is look­ing for a man who they say is a non-compliant reg­is­tered sex offender. An arrest war­rant was issued on Thurs­day charg­ing 33-year-old Ronald Giles with felony fail­ure to reg­is­ter as a sex or vio­lent offender. The war­rant was issued after a their inves­ti­ga­tion into alle­ga­tions that Giles failed to report a change in loca­tion as required by Indi­ana law. Giles is described as a black male, six-foot-two-inches tall, about 180 pounds with short curly black hair and blue/green eyes. Giles is also wanted out of Steuben County on an unre­lated mat­ter, and he maybe in the Cold­wa­ter area. Any­one with infor­ma­tion on the where­abouts of Ronald Giles is asked to con­tact the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.
