Time to think about the Defiance County Fair.

It’s time to think about the Defiance County Fair by making and bringing finished blankets and quilts to the Agricultural Hall one or two days before the fair begins for donation. They are displayed in the hall along with other quilts there for judging only, and then after the fair, donated to the veteran’s affairs organization according to organizers. Once complete, the finished quilts and blankets should be taken to the Agricultural Hall on Aug. 15 from 5-7 p.m. or Aug. 16 from 7-11 a.m. before the fair, which will be Aug. 17-24.
