In Woodburn…a man is taken to the hospital in critical condition after his tractor flips into a pond, trapping him underwater on Edgerton Road. Officials say the victim was mowing around a pond when his tractor overturned, into the water. After the rescue, he is taken to an area hospital in critical condition.
