Two NW Ohio men charged with numerous rape and sexual charges, plead not guilty.

Two Williams County area people charged with 58 counts of rape, as well as other sexual charges, have both entered pleas of not guilty. Nicholas Phillips, 41 of Bryan, is facing 32 counts of rape. A pre-trial hearing has been set for Oct. 3 at 9 a.m. in Williams County Common Pleas Court. And 26 year old Daniel Gill of Ridgeville Corners is facing 25 counts of rape. A second pre-trial hearing has been set for Oct. 22 at 1:30 p.m. in common pleas court. A three-day trial has been set to begin Dec. 9 at 8:30 a.m.
