Dustin Vogelsong, the Sherwood area man, accused of killing his grandfather and injuring two other people on Sunday, waives his right to a preliminary hearing in Defiance Municipal Court. He faces aggravated murder charges and is bound over to a county grand jury. He’s held at CCNO. Investigators say Vogelsong punched and kicked the deceased. They say he beat up his live in girlfriend badly as well. His grandmother is injured also. The victim, Larry Vogelsong, died of blunt force trauma.
