Wallace Gets Five Years

An Indiana man goes to prison for five years in a Defiance County courtroom. Prosecutors say Jason Wallace helped steal goods from a retail outlet in Defiance and then was charged with evading officers, as well. Wallace will also make $893.98 restitution to the Kohl’s store on North Clinton Street. He will be eligible for release after serving four years
