In Fulton County Common Pleas Court, a Wauseon man was found guilty of three counts of arson and given a maximum penalty of more than ten years in prison. 21 year old Geovanni Bahena entered a guilty plea to one act of arson, a fourth-degree felony, and two charges of aggravated arson, first- and second-degree felonies. Bahena received a sentence of seven to ten and a half years in jail from Judge Scott Haselman. Bahena was sentenced to pay $200 in restitution to the Wauseon Police Department, register as an arson offender for life, and receive credit for the 96 days he spent in jail while his case was pending.
