Williams County commissioners give approval for a couple of programs geared toward helping local youth at no cost to the county. The commissioners signed off on an agreement between Williams County Department of Job and Family Services and Farmers and Merchants Bank…to provide financial literacy and entrepreneur skills for youth in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act program. There was also a similar agreement with the Four County Career.
