30-Years For Dealing Meth

In case dating back to the fall of 2006, a man was handed a 30 year sentence Monday in Steuben Superior Court.

Mark Allen Voges entered a guilty plea to a Class A felony of Dealing in Methamphetamine last month.

At his sentencing yesterday, five years was suspended and Voges was placed on probation for five years.

He also got credit for 2,520 days already served and the same amount for good time credit. In exchange for the guilty plea, prosecutors dismissed charges of dealing meth and being a habitual offender.

The original charges were filed in connection with the sale of over nine grams of meth to an undercover informant.
