WILLIAMS COMMISSIONERS FIRE DIRECTOR

Williams County Com­mis­sion­ers voted unan­i­mously last week to fire Hill­side Coun­try Liv­ing Exec­u­tive Direc­tor Terry Schollmeier after a review of atten­dance records showed that poli­cies were incon­sis­tently fol­lowed. Accord­ing to the Bryan Times, “Cer­tain employ­ees were dis­ci­plined for atten­dance issues and oth­ers are not.”The inves­ti­ga­tion was com­pleted by an inde­pen­dent con­sul­tant and the com­plaint against Schollmeier included four spe­cific events.
