Two trucks involved in a crash near the 135 mile marker on the Indiana Toll Road

Two trucks were involved in a crash near the 135 mile marker on the Indiana Toll Road Sunday morning. Orland crews were called to the eastbound lane of the Indiana Toll Road where one of the drivers pinned in his tanker. He had been hauling diesel fuel which was spilling it’s load. The Fremont Fire Department was called for more extrication equipment and manpower. It took fire and rescue units about an hour to remove the unidentified driver from the cab. He was transported to a South Bend area hospital by Steuben County EMS.
