PUTNAM COUNTY INMATE WHO WALKED OFF RETURNS

He’s back. An inmate at the adult deten­tion cen­ter in Put­nam County that failed to return to the facil­ity after going to an AA meet­ing in Ottawa last Tues­day has turned him­self in.

The Put­nam County Sheriff’s Office says 19 year old Joe Vera III returned on his own.
