Livestock Killed In Blaze

Several local crews respond to a farm building blaze on County Road J, near Edon. Officials told reporters the fire killed dozens of pigs. Firefighters arrived to find a house in flames. Investigators believe it started in the attic and spread. The building was totally destroyed…40 sows and their piglets in a nearby structure all died. Crews were on the scene for four hours. The fire remains under investigation.
