Dempsey Arraigned In Paulding Co

A Paulding County man, charged with murder, is arraigned in a Paulding County courtroom. Matthew Dempsey’s bond is set at $7 million. Back on April 15, Paulding County deputies searched a Road 87 home in Briceton and found the body of Gina Mann, inside a vehicle parked in her garage. An arrest warrant was issued for Dempsey, who was Mann’s boyfriend. He lived at the address also. After a nationwide search, Dempsey was caught in Elko County, Nevada.
