The Ohio State Highway Patrol arrests a Michigan man…after he crashes two vehicles in Williams County. Officials say Brandon Wollam, of Camden…is driving west on County Road N…suddenly…the car goes off the right side of the road, hitting the ditch. He’s okay…but his vehicle is done. When a passing motorist stops to offer help, Wollam apparently steals their car…and drives until he runs into another ditch on County Road 12 near U.S. 20. He runs on foot from that wreck…but is soon picked up by police. Wollam is charged with felony theft of a motor vehicle and more. He’s at CCNO…awaiting the court.
