PUTNAM TEENS BODIES FOUND FOLLOWING AMBER ALERT

The bod­ies of two teenagers from Put­nam County involved Thurs­day in an Amber Alert have been found.

Accord­ing to police, a third teen involved reported the loca­tion of the bod­ies.

The Bryan Times reports that one of the teens, a 17-year-old, was found near Colum­bus Thurs­day after­noon.

The Put­nam County Sheriff’s Office reported that the teen who was located told offi­cers where they could find the other two teens’ bod­ies. The bod­ies of another 17 year old and a 14 year old were recov­ered along Road 7 just out­side of Ottawa.

No iden­ti­ties are being release, as they all are minors. No cause of death has been released and offi­cials will not com­ment yet on whether or not any charges will be filed.
