Napoleon teen sent to prison for pushing teen over pot

A Napoleon man found guilty of invol­un­tary manslaugh­ter in Octo­ber was sent to prison yes­ter­day. 19 year old Justin Dou­ble got 30 months. He was charged after he got into an alter­ca­tion with 19 year old Jonathon Smart, also of Napoleon, over miss­ing mar­i­juana. Dou­ble pushed the man and he fell over a table and hit his head on con­crete. He died three days later.
