Archbold Teen Charged In Porn Case

An Arch­bold teenager on Wednes­day, admit­ted in court, that he and oth­ers col­lected and shared pho­tos of naked girls. The boy, whose name has not been released due to his age, was charged with dis­sem­i­nat­ing mat­ter harm­ful to juve­niles, and was sen­tenced to serve six months of pro­ba­tion. If he com­plies with all of the orders of his pro­ba­tion offi­cer, the state will move to dis­miss the charges. If he vio­lates any part of his pro­ba­tion, the boy could face trial on the orig­i­nal charges. He is due in court again Nov. 30.
