The Henry County Com­mis­sion­ers have filed a civil claim against Ruralogic, Inc with offices also in Bryan, Napoleon and Arch­bold for non-payment of a loan. Mont­pe­lier Vil­lage Coun­cil on Mon­day voted to approve the pur­chase of a new police vehi­cle. A new Ford Inter­cep­tor SUV will be pur­chased through the Ohio Depart­ment of Admin­is­tra­tive Ser­vices.
