Two peo­ple were sen­tenced in Ful­ton County Com­mon Pleas Court for break­ing and enter­ing of the Pet­tisville School recy­cling cen­ter last sum­mer. 24-year-old Shane Machala and 28-year-old Jo Mohn were sen­tenced to jail time, com­mu­nity con­trol and a $250 dol­lar fine each.

Kelly Moore, a 38-year-old Wauseon res­i­dent, was sen­tenced to 18 days in jail at the Cor­rec­tions Cen­ter of North­west Ohio for a domes­tic vio­lence con­vic­tion. Moore pleaded guilty to the charge from July 31st last year. Moore will also be on two years com­mu­nity con­trol and may a $500 fine.
