November elections certified

The Williams County Board of Elec­tions has cer­ti­fied the gen­eral elec­tion results from early Novem­ber. No races were changed, and none will be sub­ject to an auto­matic recount. Nearly 200 pot plants seized, Antwerp man arrested

An Ohio man is fac­ing charges after 198 mar­i­juana plants were seized from his res­i­dence in Antwerp. Tim­o­thy B. Edwards, 56, was arrested at the house he rents on Mon­day.
