Local law enforcement reminds drivers that this is the season deer are in rut and moving around, and it is prime time for car and deer collisions. Friday in Williams County in Madison Township at car hit a deer on US 20A and the car suffered moderate damage. And Saturday on US 24 in Henry County’s Washington Township a car hit a deer causing heavy damage to the car. They say dusk and dawn are the times most car versus deer collisions happen.
