Former Edgerton Mayor Passes

The for­mer Mayor of Edger­ton, 95 year old Den­nis John­son, died Fri­day at Parkview Regional Med­ical Cen­ter in Forty Wayne. John­son served as Edgerton’s Mayor for 16 years. He was a US Navy Vet­eran of World War II and belonged to a num­ber of local civic orga­ni­za­tions, includ­ing the Edger­ton Amer­i­can Legion, and the Edger­ton Church of Christ. Funeral arrange­ments for John­son are pending.
