Health Care Unites

Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers and Parkview Health are teaming up. CHWC has three facilities in Williams and Fulton counties…a hospital in Bryan and Montpelier…and a medical center in Archbold. Those will all become affiliates with Parkview Health, based in Fort Wayne. Among Parkview’s many locations is a medical group located across the street from CHWC’s Bryan hospital. Officials stress…Parkview has not bought out CHWC…nor did they sell any of their assets to Parkview. No timeline has yet to be finalized for the when the affiliation takes place. The thought is the agreement is complete by September, at the latest. CHWC has more than 750 employees, across its three campuses. With 15,000 employees, Parkview is the region’s largest employer.
