MLK DAY TO BE OBSERVED IN DEFIANCE

The local chap­ter of the NAACP will hold a cel­e­bra­tion of Dr. Mar­tin Luther King Day next Mon­day, Jan. 20, at noon at the North­towne Mall, Defi­ance. There will be per­form­ing choirs, an MLK cake-cutting cer­e­mony, book dis­plays, video dis­plays and more. The event is open to the pub­lic.
