A Napoleon man has been arrested on a felony charge of Failing to Register a change of address as a Sex Offender.
34 year old Shannon Hand is scheduled in court today on that charge.
Hand was originally convicted in Defiance County on a charge of Attempted Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor.
The court had previously ordered Hand not to leave Henry County without court permission.
