Paulding Co. man, 25, charged with rape of child

A Pauld­ing County man is charged with rape of a child under the age of 13. He is 25-year-old Matthew Weber. He was indicted on one count of gross sex­ual impo­si­tion, and two counts of rape. The charges involve a six-year-old child, accord­ing to the release. At his pre­lim­i­nary hear­ing, his bond was set at $100,000 with no 10% cash allowance. Weber is set to be arraigned on the charges Mon­day morn­ing at 9 a.m. in Pauld­ing County Com­mon Pleas Court.
