A Paulding County grand jury has indicted two Defiance residents for their roles in the recent heist of a convenience store and gas station. 21 year old Robert Chatman is accused of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony with a firearm specification, and theft, a first-degree misdemeanor; 18 year old Kirsten Cox is accused of complicity in the commission of an offense, a first-degree felony, and theft, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to Prosecutor Matt Miller’s office.
