Former Ayersville school board member indicted by Defiance County grand jury.

A former Ayersville school board member was indicted by a Defiance County grand jury on four charges pertaining to an online incident involving a minor.  60 year old Gregory Schubert was charged with four fifth-degree felony charges of transmitting material detrimental to minors in the first case.  Morris Murray, the prosecutor for Defiance County, claims that the allegations are “typical” of a “course of conduct” that started with an online conversation with a juvenile and lasted from June 1 to July 12.
